StrongAuth provides support on the products it creates.  Support is available as two options: Standard and 24x7.  Standard support includes the ability to resolve technical problems between Monday and Friday during business hours (Pacific).  Support includes telephone and e-mail support, bug fixes and all upgrades for StrongAuth's products.
